You are not purchasing a hotel reservation, a timeshare interest, or a guaranteed booking. Your resort reservation is completed directly by you through the applicable booking platform using the access credentials provided.

Enrollment Fee vs. Resort Cost: The enrollment fee is a one-time payment to Private Resort Access for membership and access facilitation. It is entirely separate from the cost of your resort stay, which is paid directly to the resort at time of booking. These are two distinct transactions.

Members-Only Rates: Membership provides access to preferred partner rates at participating resort properties. Rates vary by resort, unit type, availability, and travel dates. Private Resort Access does not guarantee specific pricing at any property beyond what is confirmed at the time of booking through the applicable partner platform.

Founding Member Bonus: The first 50 founding members receive exclusive access to Vida Vacations member-referral rates at Vidanta resort properties across Mexico. This bonus is available during founding enrollment only and is included at no additional cost beyond the standard enrollment fee.

Availability: Resort availability is subject to travel dates, demand, and current inventory. Private Resort Access does not guarantee specific dates, destinations, or unit types.

Delivery: Access credentials will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

Refund Policy: All enrollment fees are non-refundable once access credentials have been delivered. If credentials are not delivered within 48 hours of confirmed payment, a full refund will be issued upon written request to info@privateresortaccess.com.
