As a Private Resort Access member, your enrollment includes direct access to these networks, giving you access to the same members-only rates that existing resort members use to book their own stays.

What You Are Enrolling In: Private Resort Access is a travel club membership service. Your enrollment fee ($499) secures your membership and provides access facilitation to our current and future Private Resort Access properties network. Membership gives you access to members-only rates at partner properties — rates that vary by resort, availability, and travel dates.
How Booking Works: You will be provided with an access link to the resorts that are, and become available to the Private Resort Access network, and you will complete your resort reservation directly through the selected resort’s exclusive member’s booking system. We do not book on your behalf. Availability is determined at the time of booking and will be based on your selected travel destination, dates, and requested inventory.
Your enrollment fee ($499) is paid to Private Resort Access for membership and access facilitation. It is entirely separate from your resort stay cost, which is paid directly to the resort at the time of booking. These are two distinct transactions.
Access Delivery: Your access credentials — a confirmation email containing your member referral link and booking instructions — will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Refund Policy: If your access credentials are not delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund upon written request to info@privateresortaccess.com. All other sales are final once access has been delivered.
